Hi Students!

The School of Fine Arts Students Association (SOFA SA) is now in the 2018 election season. Here’s what we do and how you can get involved!

About Us
The School Of Fine Art Students Association, better known as SOFA or SOFA SA, seeks to enrich student life and advocate on behalf of the University of Manitoba’s School of Art student body.

We do this through:

Through our large council we attempt to represent the various interests of students on committees at the SoA and U of M.

Advocacy
We advocate for the needs of SoA students at the campus and community level.

Organization
We host parties, exhibitions, and other social events throughout the year.

Management
We facilitate the Student Initiative Fund (SIF) that helps fund student projects.

If you have any questions about positions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Kelsey or Mat at sofasa@gmail.com! Details on the responsibilities of each position and council are outlined in the SOFA SA Constitution, available on our website.
