Grace Han Wins 2017 NICHE Award

Grace Han, who graduated from the University of Manitoba with an MFA degree in 2016 and is currently teaching as a sessional instructor in Ceramics at the School of Art, has won a Niche Award in the 2017 competition. Sponsored by NICHE magazine, the NICHE Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in American and Canadian fine craft. Nearly 2000 entries were received and a jury made up of gallery owners, museum directors, curators, and craft industry experts selected the winners.

Grace Han won the award for Ceramics in the Student Category. Winners will receive an awards certificate, trophy, listing on the NICHE Awards website and a listing in the Spring 2017 edition of NICHE magazine.
